Originating in 1855 when Enoch Nutter rented out rooms in his farm house on Scarborough Beach. Purchased by Joseph King in 1923, the hotel operated until 1988, when it was sold and demolished to build condos. The keys are truly from a bygone era, from a classic iconic Maine gem of a hotel.
